Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been opened or shipped.
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to Seaura within 7 days of delivery at hello@seaura.co with your order number and photos so we work to resolve the issue.
We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality, freshness and product integrity for every customer.
Subscriptions
All subscriptions must be cancelled by the customer or by contacting our customer service team prior to the order being placed. Once your monthly subscription order is placed, we can attempt to stop the order from shipping but are not held liable if unable.
